Sienna Chalet

Accessibility statement

Last updated: 1 October 2026

We want siennachalet.ro to work for as many people as possible, including those who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard only or prefer less motion.

What we have done

• Every photo has a text description, in Romanian and in English.
• The website can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link at the start. The gallery and the enlarged photos can be browsed with the arrow keys.
• We respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting: animations are switched off and the video in the first section is not loaded.
• The video is decorative, silent and carries no information that is missing from the text. It pauses when it is not visible on screen.
• Pages have clear headings and landmarks, and the form fields have labels and explicit error messages.
• Text can be enlarged, and the website adapts to phones, tablets and computers.

Standard we follow

We follow the WCAG 2.1 guidelines, level AA. The website has not been audited by a third party, so we may have missed something.

Known limitations

• The links to Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp and Google Maps lead to websites we do not control.
• The date picker is your browser’s own, so it looks and works differently from one device to another.

Access to the house

The house has interior stairs. If you have mobility needs or other special requirements, write to us before booking and we will tell you honestly whether Sienna Chalet is right for you.

Tell us if something doesn’t work

If you run into a problem on the website, email us at siennachalet@gmail.com or call +40 740 020 668. We will reply as soon as we can and can also give you any information from the website by email or phone.
